Madras, who recently returned to its historic appointed Chennai is the capital of the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. This is the quarter - the largest metropolis in India after New Delhi, Bombay and Calcutta.
Chennai is a city in the seaside (and an important port) where the sea is a blue rhapsodist, étreignant the second largest beach in the world.
